This can often work out the cheapest method of permanent recruitment as you often receive a discount for exclusivity.
Or we can work on a contingent basis where you might add our service alongside that of your internal team or other agencies. The advantage of this service is that you only pay on successful placement of a candidate, the disadvantage is it often is quite a lot more than a retained service.
